The terms on which we sell.
These terms apply to everything sold through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Farah Shuja, a clothing studio based in Pakistan. You can reach us at our contact email address.
Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — for bank transfer, once we have verified your payment; for cash on delivery, once we have confirmed the order with you.
We may decline an order. The usual reasons are that a piece has sold out, that the price was listed in error, or that we cannot verify the delivery details.
Prices and currency
Prices are set and charged in Pakistani Rupees. If you are shopping from outside Pakistan, prices may be shown in your local currency for guidance only — the amount actually charged is in Rupees, and your bank sets the rate on the day.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Bank transfer. Transfer the total to one of the accounts shown at checkout and upload your receipt. We verify it against our account, usually within one working day. Nothing is dispatched before payment is verified.
Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. We may call to confirm before dispatch, and we may decline cash on delivery on higher-value orders.
Made-to-order pieces
Pieces stitched to your measurements are covered by our Made to Order Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery
We deliver through third-party couriers. The timings we give are estimates in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Set out in full on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: ready-to-wear may be returned unworn within seven days; made-to-order may not; faulty work is always put right.
Our photographs and words
The photographs, designs and text on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
