Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within two working days of your order being confirmed. Made-to-order pieces are stitched to your measurements, which takes about 21 days before dispatch. You will get an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves us.

Two ways. You can transfer the amount to one of our bank accounts in advance and upload the receipt at checkout, or you can choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

We check the transfer against our account and confirm your order, usually within one working day. You will get an email as soon as it is confirmed. Nothing is dispatched before then.

Yes. We ship nationwide through TCS, Leopards and other couriers. A flat delivery charge applies, and orders above our free-delivery threshold ship at no cost. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

On any made-to-order piece, choose "stitched to measure" and the measurement fields appear. You can start from a standard size and adjust from there, and there are notes on how to measure each one. Bust, waist and shirt length are the minimum we need.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags within seven days of delivery. Pieces stitched to your own measurements cannot be returned, as they are made for you alone. If anything arrives faulty, tell us within 48 hours and we will put it right.

Prices are shown in your local currency for guidance, but every order is charged in Pakistani Rupees. Your bank sets the exact rate on the day.

Close, but not identical. We work in natural fabrics and traditional dyes, so there is a little variation between pieces, and every screen renders colour slightly differently. Ask us and we will describe it honestly.
