Returns

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached within seven days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange collection.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces stitched to your own measurements cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made for you alone. If something does not fit as expected, contact us — we will always try to put it right.

Faults

If a piece reaches you damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full.
